We are better together.
As a church, we try our best to give people an opportunity to practice their faith through service. We have groups for both men and women. We also minister to the youth who are involved in our church by providing age-appropriate activities for each age group.
Everybody has gifts and abilities that God has given you to bless others, and it is our job to help you fulfill that purpose. We can't wait for you to join one of our ministries and we look forward to walking on this journey with you!
Men's Ministry
Central has an active men’s that centers around a class that meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM. During these classes, the group discusses a variety of topics intended to help men grow in their efforts to follow Jesus. The men of the church also participate in a variety of other activities, sponsor events at the church, and organize workdays not only at the church but also to help people in the community. This group continues to look for ways to encourage one another, provide a strong witness for Jesus Christ and to strengthen his church. All men are invited to participate.

Women's Ministries
There are many opportunities for women to connect with one another at Central. Much of that takes place through the traditional Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF) groups. Several CWF “circles” meet on a monthly basis at church or other locations. In addition, the CWF meets as a whole about four times per year for a session that centers around a meal and program. The CWF also has many events to raise funds to help support a wide variety of church, Disciples, and other mission efforts.
There are other opportunities for women as well. Each summer, a large group of women from Central travel to a “Women of Faith” gathering for a time of singing, praying and encouragement. There are also special studies for women that are offered at various times throughout the year. These studies are typically offered both in the evening and during the day to accommodate various schedules.
